The questions buyers ask before the first order
What is your minimum order quantity?
Most lines start at 100 pieces. Some insulated bags and non-woven totes go lower, and a few notebook programs start at 300. Every product page shows its own MOQ.
How fast will I get a price?
Within 4 working hours, Monday to Saturday. If your enquiry lands overnight in our time zone it will be answered first thing the next morning.
Do you charge for a sample?
A digital mock-up is free. Physical pre-production samples are charged — sample cost plus courier — and credited back against the production invoice once you order.
What is the lead time?
Typically 15–30 days after sample approval, depending on quantity and print method. Chinese New Year and the Q4 peak add two to three weeks, so book early.
Can I get the goods delivered to my door?
Yes. We quote FOB Ningbo or Shanghai by default, but DDP and DDU are available if you would rather not deal with customs and freight forwarders.
How do I pay?
T/T is standard, typically a 30% deposit with the balance against the bill of lading. L/C, credit card, PayPal and Western Union are also accepted.
Can you print my artwork files?
Send AI, EPS, PDF or SVG. If you only have a low-resolution JPG or a screenshot, we will redraw it at no extra cost — it just adds about a day.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes. Send yours over, or ask for ours. We also will not show your artwork or moulds to another buyer.
